MTI or Midwest Teleservices International is an established leader in the call center industry. Our nearly two decades of experience included business-to-consumer and business-to-business programs for customers in the United States, as well as Internationally. MTI has been assisting Fortune 500 companies achieve their objectives and shape strong customer relationships. MTI has extremely low employee attrition and the result is a highly skilled staff very capable of selling complex products. MTI trains our customer service representatives to utilize the conversational soft sell approach. This extremely successful method focuses on the customer and their needs.
